Patricia had been dreaming of a house on the coast for years. In 2020, we fell for this  house in Jard-sur-Mer. In 2022 after 2 years of work led by Franck (and  Quentin a bit on some weekends during his studies), we decided to rent out our charming house. It worked well across platforms (airbnb, home), but we wanted to be a little closer to our tenants. This is how the website was born in 2023!
